We specialise in recruiting senior HR professionals across a variety of industries, focussing particularly on HR professionals with commercial acumen and the appetite to position HR as a strategic function. We are interested in talking to candidates from traditional HR backgrounds as well as people with broader skillsets covering digital media, internal communications, management consultancy, organisational change and employee engagement. We recruit on both an interim and permanent basis.

We work internationally but have a particular focus on the UK and North American markets. We aim to meet all of our candidates face-to-face and work with you to truly understand your career background, your goals and aspirations in detail so that we match you to the most relevant opportunities. Our UK office is in Central London, and we are opening a New York office in August 2015.
